Pacific Ninebark - Phyocarpus Capitatus

Appearance

• Has yellow and white flowers
• White berries that are 1 cm long with shinny yellow seeds inside
• Maple like dark leaves that are arranged alternately on stem

Habitat

• Lives in damp places
• Enjoys living with Ash Swales, Wooden Stream banks, and Lakeshores

Growth Habit

• It is deciduous
• It can grow strait up or spread along the ground

• Grows along west side of the Cascade Mountains from Southern Alaska to Northern California
